Therapy designed for women ready to heal from complex trauma, emotional abuse, or neglect

Whether that stems from growing up with emotionally immature parents or from chronic people pleasing in other relationships, therapy provides an exploration on your terms and combining multiple modalities.

STEP BACK
INTO YOUR
OWN POWER

Together, we’ll safely explore the root causes of your patterns, focusing on unresolved developmental and attachment trauma so you can shift away from self-neglect and step back into your own power. Our deeply healing work focuses on helping you confidently name and regulate your emotions, build internal safety, and set healthy boundaries that stick.

To support your whole self, we’ll use a thoughtful combination of traditional talk therapy, somatic experiential therapy, and attachment repair.

Being the “capable one” or the “organized one” or maybe even the
“how do you do it all, one” used to feel like a badge of honor, but now it's feeling more like a ten ton brick.

You are exhausted from doing it all.

You are exhausted from doing it all.

You might find yourself fantasizing about getting hit by a car just so you can have a few days of blissful rest in a hospital bed because you can't seem to just let yourself relax

Being a people pleaser or a perfectionist just ain’t what it used to be. We help uncover the roots of the feeling of being an “always on” person. A boundary? Never heard of her. But we'll learn how to create, enforce and understand how they work to keep people in without losing yourself in the process.
