This is not your average sex ed course.

The teen years are a rollercoaster of ups and downs. Between navigating changing bodies, evolving friendships, and new relationships, you are constantly discovering who you are. It’s an era of firsts: first kisses, first sexual experiences, and maybe even your first big heartbreak.

With all of that comes a lot of pressure—the pressure to explore, the fear of not knowing what you’re doing, and the challenge of saying "no" when you feel uncomfortable.

What Teens Will Gain

This group goes far beyond the biology textbook. It is a safe space designed to help you understand sex and sexuality while building real-world skills, including how to:

  • Set firm boundaries and confidently say "no."

  • Receive a "no" with respect and without taking it personally.

  • Have honest conversations about protection and safe sex practices.

  • Navigate relationships, safety, and consent (open to all genders).

For the Parents

Because open communication starts at home, parents will participate in a separate group session prior to the teen workshop. This gives you the opportunity to:

  • Preview the curriculum and ask any questions.

  • Gain practical support and tools for talking about sex and sexuality with your kids.

  • Receive valuable resources to help you navigate this critical developmental milestone together.
