Sex Therapy for Individuals and Couples Looking to Connect

Sex therapy, which also includes somatic interventions and experiential work is intended to help individuals, couples, or other relationship constellations explore sex in a safe and grounded way.

Through therapy, I help people explore their relationship patterns that keep them from connecting with one another. Explore your desires without shame, and embrace your authentic self to improve sexual fulfillment and connection… either with yourself, or a partner.

Sex = Nervous System and Consensual Connection

Somatic sex therapy is unique in that it offers more than just talk therapy, it offers experiential interventions to help you and your partner attune and track sensations of the nervous system to create safe, consensual connections.

Shame can often be in the driver’s seat when we talk about sex and intimacy, fears of inadequacy or simply just not knowing what to do can keep us in patterns of avoidance.

Do you feel like you just don't know where to turn or where to start, or the idea of typing your questions into Google has you cringing? If so, this is the place to come to explore and understand sex and intimacy in an open and curious way.
