How It Works

After clients reach out we will set up a free 15-20 min consultation.

The consultations are used to ask questions, gain clarity on the therapeutic process and help clients feel out a vibe to see if we would be a good fit.

All consultations are done over zoom. Zoom links to be provided once a day and a time is agreed upon with client and therapist.
