Therapy for men who need a safe, structured space to discuss the deep issues that you won’t say to anyone else.

With therapy, we take a comprehensive look at what external factors are impacting your ability to feel confident whether that be for your relationships, family dynamics, or work stress.

Therapy with Humbly Elevated is a commitment of not just how to feel like a freaking stallion in bed, or a rockstar at work, but finding an overall greater satisfaction and sense of ease in many of life’s domains.

A non-traditional approach to regular talk therapy

We utilize a specific method of therapy called somatic therapy. Somatic therapy is different, and seeks to uncover why everything is happening, and we take a physiological perspective to understand what biological strategies might be at play impacting your brain and body.

Let’s talk about it

Sex & Intimacy in Therapy

Here is the uncomfortable truth that you have been hesitant to admit: it's been a struggle in the bedroom. You’ve talked to your doctor, or maybe you've even tried some blue pills, but the truth is glaring straight at you. Struggling with unreliable erections or rapid climaxing can feel not just like your body is betraying you but that your identity as a man is in question.

Don't you wish you could turn into a vampire and run away as fast as you can?

The Feeling that Life Is… Off

Or maybe you have this itch you simply cannot scratch. You feel its relentless pull at the back of your mind, and the noise becomes so loud that you can barely think about anything else. The only thing that seems to relieve the intensity in the moment is watching porn, self-pleasuring, or hiring a sex worker. Yet deep down, you have a sinking feeling that there is no real relief at all. Afterward, you often feel worse than before, washed over by feelings of shame and guilt. If you are stuck in this exhausting loop, know that you are not broken, and you do not have to break this cycle alone.

If any of the below sound like I’m describing you, I might be your therapist:

Men 30+, with or without children

Someone who feels “off” at work and can’t place why

The King of “I don’t want to talk about it”

Someone who thinks therapy can be awkward

Men struggling with sexual dynamics

A person ready to commit to healing with his partner

A woman with dark hair, dressed in a checkered suit, standing indoors in front of a bookshelf and a painting, looking down and smiling.

Men come to see me because they are looking for relief and also a place to feel free and not judged by their concerns over their sexual experiences, workplace stressors, or challenging family dynamics.

This stuff is vulnerable, awkward and terrifying to admit. I offer a space to explore what it is to be a man and what gets in the way of feeling confident, skilled and capable.
